ZHYQ have designed new melt pressure transducers with no mercury, no oil or sodium/potassium

We have developed a new type melt pressure transducers - the push rod style melt pressure transducers which is designed to use in direct contact with polymer melt, with no mercury, no oil or sodium/potassium fillers, and it can be used in the food and medical extrusion processes which do not allow any fillers in the sensor.
These transducers can be installed directly into the extruder, melt pump or other pressure tap. All mating cable assemblies are terminated with spade lugs for simple electrical connection.

1, Instruction for the heating element
The thick film adopts the thick film silk-screen printing craftwork, to print the material such as insulating medium, heating resistance, conductor, glass protect glazes and etc on the stainless stell or ceramic base plate. New heating element become through fritting at high temperature. It widely apply to home appliances, instrumentation and equipment, etc.
The heating element are provided with the following characteristics:
Adopt the thick film printing technology, the technology is mature, reliable;
With New-style materials, it is suitable for printing on the stainless steel board, reliable and steady performance;
Flexible design, it adopt the stainless steel board directly, the dimensions based on different designs, the power can get up to more than 3000W, and its power density is100W/cm2;
Temperature rises fast while heating, low-heat capacity, temperature wave little, it only takes 20 seconds to heat 1 cup of water filled of 250ML, it is more lower than the traditional thermoset.
Energy-efficient, can be up to 70-95%, according to different modes (directly or indirectly heating); Direct heating 1 cup of water filled of 250ML only needs 20 seconds, lower than traditional heater 60s heating time.
Specially plate layers material make the heating board with the advantage of resist causticity , easy washing etc.
Sintering (850OC) through 7 layers under high temperature, the material of thick liquid is combined into hard and dense circuit layer closely, it is difficult to scratch and break off, long life.
It can be weld directly on the stainless steel board, and it is easily to install, with the laser solder technology, steady and safety connector ;
With its strong insulating effect, it can resist the voltage of 2500V at most, the standard design is 1500V, to guarantees the security of eletricity.
It adopts the patent technology of double metal slices of jumping temperature controller, steadily control, the life-span is more than 100,000 circles.
The technology of this produces is mature, the quotiety of the finished products can be up to 96%.
